Stephanie Plum Poll

It has come to my attention through various posts and comments on the LJs of those on my Flist, that a great number of people are just as addicted to Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series.

I like the series myself but I've really only read books 1 & 8 and then listened to smatterings of 5 & 6 on tape. Kirky (kiekre), on the otherhand, is a diehard fan. She's read all the books and has jumped right into the fan fiction community. She is a Stephanie/Ranger shipper, FYI.

Just curious - can I have a roll call in comments of fellow Plum fans?

Zsenya just told me she was a recent addict, and it reminded me I haven't read 9 yet. They're a lot of fun, and reminded me in some ways of the Kinsey Milhone series by Sue Grafton - those are more serious, but very good as well.

I have been a big fan of the series in the past, but my interest started to wane around the seventh or eighth book. I still buy them and read them, though.

I like 'em too. But, I haven't read one since about book 7? Stephanie's Grandma is my favorite character. My Mom loves the books, too.
