Lying in bed next to my son listening to his favorite as he fades off.

We've read two books - some Richard Scarrey shorts and a Berenstein Bears "No Girls Aloud". We have most of those books and I pull out a pile of the ones that deal with his behavior of late so he vsan reflect on how the bears handled it themelves.

Before bed we enjoyed three episodes of a new Disney show called "Phineaus and Ferb", an animated show about two pre teen inventing genius brothers, and their annoying sister Candace.

They're on summer vacation and each day is some absolutely insane, crazy invention created for the day's entertainment only to disappear when done and before Candace can eat them out to their Mom making her look crazy.

The dad is voiced by Richard O'Brien (Riff Raff from RHPS) and there is a hilarious side plot where the boy's pet platapus Perry is a secret agent constantly in a dance of evil plot befoilment with Dufendorf Evil inc.

He just happens to be a pathetic evil genius whose plot is foiled every time and it intersects with the boys and Candace's story by the end.

It's very fun and imaginative and I love the writing, voice overs and accents.

OK.Boy is zonked.

I still have a lot of Arisia thank yous to get out, people to friend and ideas to follow up on.

But baby needs to get to bed and house needs cleaning and disinfecting.

Single dad for day could use fun distracting comments, links to his Arisia pics, as well as Twitter, FB and I'm shoutouts.

I will get to you all soon!

Grammar, spelling and verbosity to be fixed. Ob my back, in the dark with a BlackBerry.

Not comfy.

"No Girls Aloud" is probably my favorite Berenstein Bears book. :)

He had a problem in school where he and the boys pulled one of those so I'm glad he chose the book...probably thinking "Yeah! No Girls!"

By the end I asked a clarifying question and he seemed to have grasped it. :)
