A PSA of sorts? The wife just called and told me to stay at work due to a brownout in Salem, MA. Only about 500 customers effected according to National Grid / Mass Electric...but it's 90 degrees and about 42% humidity. Could be worse, I suppose.

My body has an incredibly bad habit of shutting down when it's hot and humid. I can't focus, my energy level drops like a rock and I certainly can't sleep...can't imagine that on top of the restless though deep sleep I've been having lately.

Hopefully they'll turn on the hose in the backyard to stay cool...
